 Avery’s rich communications background includes more than 40 years of experience working as a contractor, project manager, and systems designer in commercial sound and communications. He has dedicated the last 30 years of his career to the Systems Integration market, leading brand, product, and market development teams. A founding member of CEDIA, he served on the board of directors from 1990 - 1993. He was the co-founding chairman of the Systems Integration Council. He is a CEDIA Certified Instructor, teaching numerous courses in technology, project management, and design for CEDIA, EIA, and Parks Associates.    

  Tom Cooley's career in window covering spans several decades.  He has developed multiple Shade brands and lines most recently he established the new shade line at Screen innovations where he was the COO and developed the brand strategies and NPI.  He developed the strategic plan and developed the marketing strategy including PR and sales. He was also hands on with a comprehensive management of all operations, engineering, production and R&D.

Before SI he created new roller/solar shade brands, both manual and motorized; created web site; developed all product specifications; created multi-level pro forma pricing models for Vasa Windows Covering inc.  Where he also created the Master Fabric Index which is the industry go-to for solar shade fabric selection. Mike likes to tell Tom that he has forgotten more than Mike will every learn about the window covering industry,  

 Richard Frank is well-known in the industry with 40+ years of experience working both for his own consulting company and direct for other companies. Companies he’s been associated with include Harman, Infinity, Boston Acoustics, Dbx, and more.  He has been doing more behind the scenes to help Modern Atomics get off the floor than any other person.  

His brutal honesty about all the crazy things that Mike may dream up provides an important ballast to keep the company well-grounded and moving in the right direction.

Richard is uniquely qualified for this board because he has born witness to the same kind of industry-wide disbelief and outright contempt for what the then NetStreams and now Modern Atomics faces from people who do not believe what they are working on is real, or valuable.  I think the industry has underestimated this team for 25 years now!  Maybe it's time to help them. (Just a thought)  

 Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Panasonic Connect North America, Petro has led significant changes towards a market/customer-driven product management approach.

Petro is known for her leadership, innovation, and ability to foster high-performance teams, making her a transformative change agent in any organization. She holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and a BA in International Business & Economics from Mount Union College and has 15 patents to her name. Petro Shimonishi has over 25 years of experience in global marketing and product management in the technology space. She has a proven track record of helping organizations craft comprehensive business strategies that generate results.  Petro has an MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School at the University of Arizona and a B.A. in International Business & Economics from the University of Mount Union. 

Chris Wildfoerster is in the low voltage industry going on 30+ years working with companies like Axis Communications, BOSE Professional, Crestron and others. . His experience cover a diverse range of solutions such as; commercial / pro audio, control systems, security, unified Communications and more in consumer as well as B2B markets. He continues to provide companies with strategic vision, go to market plans, sales management and business / product development. Chris graduated from University of Montana, Billings Majoring in Marketing / Management. 

Mitch works on Residential, commercial, and pro audio/video products and technology professional with global experience in product development, marketing, business development & strategic planning.  He has worked with SVS, DTS, Core Brands, Blue, Monster cable, Sonance, Pioneer, Harman, DBX and others
